Attack of the Blrats

In The Blirb, you have the once-in-a-lifetime experience of controlling an ambiguous white blob in a top-down 2D shooter on a mission to defeat your enemies.

Take control of the titular Blirb, a blob that vaguely resembles a bird, and vanquish the Blrats, which vaguely resemble rats.

But move quickly! There's a (never-before-seen) timer in the corner, and you probably don't want it to hit 0. Although, with enough sheer willpower, you may be able to hang on a little longer after it runs out. If you run out of health, though, the game ends.

It seems like there's only a minute until your quest is finished. But when a Blrat is defeated, it might drop a stopwatch, which will give you a little bit more time to keep moving.

In each level, you'll find two large, glowing portals to take you to the next randomly-selected level. Those portals will reward you with large amounts of health or time, depending on the icon they display. If you want to survive, you'll need to decide which resource you need -- health or time -- and find the right portal.
